Meet Miss Terri my January 2009 makeover
Miss Terri needed a make over she has been down for a while now, you see, she had lost her 7 year boyfriend to cancer and has let herself go. She had decided that it was long enough and it was time to do something about it and her first stop was here. I loved her spunk she could not wait to get in my chair and I could not wait to get my hands on her hair. Billy talked with her a little bit to get an idea of what she wanted and helped her look at pictures while I was finishing my client. They found a few pictures of some styles and we decides on one that I already had in my mind. She totally trusted me and off it came. I can not tell you the difference in her the picture does not do it justice. But I hope you enjoy it as much as I did. Welcome to TASHA’S TECHNIQUES miss Terri and we will see you in 6 weeks. Tasha’s Techniques welcomes Amber to our staff
Amber 
has joined our staff. She is a very experienced hair stylist Amber started Monday January 19th, 2009. I have a great feeling about Amber, she is very confident and very skilled she also brings new techniques that she has learned in Florida. She is accepting new clients so please do yourself a favor if you are thinking of changing stylist then give her a chance to show you what she can do. You will not be disappointed.
A little bit of Amber’s back ground. Amber lived here and worked with her mother at white whispers day spa. She felt she needed a fresh start and moved to Florida, but found her heart was here in upstate NY. She is back and very happy about being home. She has a great personality and from my point of veiw she specialised in long hair. I have 100% confidence in her skills and ability to take care of all your hair needs. So please feel free to walk in or call for an appointment at (315)507-4600 our hours are : Monday & Tuesdays 12-9 Wednesday, Thursday, and Fridays 9-6 and Saturdays 10-4. So what are you waiting for? The time for change has come, new year, new style, new stylist. We are looking forward to meeting you.
UPDATE ON ALEX
Alex has made it through yet another surgery. He went in at 9:30 am and came out at 5:30pm they put a pump inside of him to keep the blood moving in his body. I just got off the phone with my brother Barry at 11:35 pm and Alex is back in the operating room because they can not control the bleeding. I am trying to keep all of you updated on this as I receive the news. Still, we need to pray for a heart. Please pray for a new heart.
At this time I need to thank some people that are helping our family in this time of need. First Phyllis, she got on the ball and collected from people at her work place. She is still collecting bottles and has raised the first collected money in this fundraiser. Then there is Sharon R. she donated and mailed it in to my shop. Then, Pat and Lisa Leone donated and handed it to me at the shop. Bill and Allison Keeler donat and handed it to me at the shop. Steve added to his haircut for Alex’s fund. My dear life long friends Lynn & Ron Roberts have made everyone aware at their work place and are collecting bottles from everyone they can. I have to say I am DEEPLY touched by the caring and compassion that all of you have shown. To reach out and help my brother and his family in this time of need. The lord has blessed me with wonderful people in this short life that I am living here on this earth. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart. Your kindness will be forever remembered. Tasha

Bring all your deposit can’s to Tasha’s Techniques Hair Studio and help keep the family there with Alex during this very scary time. Alex is now hooked up to several machines to keep him alive. His heart , kidneys and lungs are now on a machine . I just spoke to my brother and they are bringing him down for surgery to drain the blood out of his lungs and heart. ALL proceeds will go to the family so they can stay with Alex during this ordeal. Thank you in advance.. Update …… thank you to a wonderful client ( Phyllis ) our fund raiser for Alex has kicked off right she has raised $68.00 so far to date. Thank you all for your support. Let’s keep it going please. My nephew ALEX SOULIA needs all our prayers
the last time alex was in the shop I shaped him up. What a good looking kid!!
My nephew Alex was diagnosed with an enlarged heart when he was 15 years old. He is now 17 1/2 and he is in trouble. He was admitted into Crouse Irving Hospital. There they found that he has a very large blood clot in his heart. They have been giving him medicine to dissolve the clot but it seems to be getting bigger. They are going to be air lifting him to Cleveland Ohio to prep him for a heart trans plant tomorrow. My Brother is very upset as is everyone in the family. I ask for all of your prayers that the lord protect and keep Alex safe during this journey and surgery. I would also ask to pray for our family to give them all the peace to know that this is in Gods hands and I have seen miracles with prayers and I ask for everyone to take the time out to say Lord please hold Alex in your hands and keep his heart beating during this delicate surgery. Give the Soulia family a sense of calmness to know that the Lord is there taking care of Alex and everything is in his hands. Faith is all we have during times like these, I have witnessed miracle upon miracle with the power of prayer, please Lord hear our prayers for Alex Soulia. If you would like to say something to Alex or anyone of us please leave your comments here on the site and Alex and the whole family will be able to see them and I think this would help give everyone a sense of peace that there are so many people out there pulling and praying for Alex.
